Hi! My name is Ellie, I'm an Australian living in Vienna and a massive animal lover :) I have grown up with pets (dogs and cats) and spent lots of time on farms in both Australia and across Europe where i've cared for and enjoyed the company of all sorts of animals!! 🐕 🐓🦘🐎 🐄 🐐 🐍 I am especially fond of rescued animals who need a little extra love 🫶

I've done pet-sitting and dog-walking on and off over the years. Here in Vienna my main experience has been dog-walking and sitting for families in my area (1020) with very energetic and reactive dogs!

I am offering a range of services as my recent work contract has ended and i'm looking for some more flexible work over the summer!

Dog Boarding and Daycare 🐾

I live in an apartment in the 2nd district located close to both Prater Park and Augarten, both nice places for doggie exercise! 

I share my apartment with my boyfriend who also adores animals, especially dogs. We both love sharing our space with animals and regularly host our friends dogs when they go out of town.
Our space is fairly large but I would always prefer to only host one animal at a time unless they were already familiar with each other. Only pets coming form the same family will be hosted together! 

Our apartment is easily accessed by the stairs and elevator. When pet sitting I aim to keep pets only in the main areas where we can keep an eye on them and all potential hazards are kept out of reach.  

I am adaptable to your pets needs! Whether it be a morning, midday and evening adventure or just a quick lap around the block a few times a day to do their business.

If your pet is okay snoozing for a few hours while I go out that's great but I'm also happy to cater to a more high maintenance pet and stay close by! 

House sitting 🏡 

I prefer hosting animals in my own home. However, I know not all animals cope well with being out of their comfort zone and without their carers so I will always be open to house sitting options!

Home Visit 👋 

If you just need someone to check in on a low maintenance pet, do some cleaning, feeding or administer medicine I'm always willing! 

Dog Walking 🦮 

I love dog walking and have lots of experience walking all types of dogs! I am not shy with walking big and/or reactive dogs and I am always very cautious and focused on the animal and their cues. I encourage letting them sniff and engage with their environment as well as getting them moving and exercised!

I'm an active person so can always accomodate walks longer than 30 minutes!

During all services I provide I aim to give the best care and attention I can! I'm aware of animal warning behaviours and always looking out in public places for triggers or other potential threats. In case of emergency I am within an very short distance of 2 very highly rated vet clinics, both located right next to the main parks
