My name is Lenka, and I am excited to offer my services as a dedicated and experienced dog sitter. Originally from the Czech Republic, I am 36 years old and have been living in Austria for the past 12 years. I relocated here shortly after completing my studies in Prague. I am fluent in English, German, Spanish and Czech and speak also some Russian and Polish. Feel free to contact me in these languages :).

My family has always had dogs, which means I have a lifetime of experience in caring for these wonderful animals. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and I have developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviours. My extensive background with dogs allows me to provide the best care and attention for your furry friends.

While I adore dogs, I am not quite ready to commit to having one of my own at the moment due to my frequent travels. However, I greatly miss the joy and companionship that dogs bring into our lives. This is why I have decided to offer dog sitting services – it allows me to spend quality time with dogs while helping out fellow dog owners.

As an animal lover, dog sitting is a true pleasure for me. I genuinely enjoy every moment spent with these loyal and affectionate creatures. I work part-time and a lot from home, which gives me the flexibility and time needed to look after dogs. However, I understand that dog sitting is also a significant responsibility. It requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide consistent care. Balancing this commitment with my personal schedule can be demanding, which is why I have decided to charge for my services.

Previously, I have offered professional dog sitting privately, but I have now decided to offer my services on Pawshake to reach more clients. By charging a fee for dog sitting, I ensure that I can dedicate the necessary time and resources to provide the highest standard of care for your pets. This approach allows me to offer a professional and reliable service, giving you peace of mind while you are away.

In addition to basic dog sitting, I am happy to provide a range of services tailored to your dog's specific needs. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, feeding, administering medication, or simply offering companionship, I am here to ensure your dog feels loved and cared for. I am also comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.

I also enjoy doing handicrafts in my free time and would be happy to create some custom decorative items for your dog! I'm not a professional artist — it's just a creative hobby of mine — but if you're interested, we can chat, and I’ll see if I can come up with a personalized product for your furry friend. For example, I recently made some ceramic name tags just for fun for one of my regular clients, a sweet dachshund named Krios. You can find a photo of them at the end of my profile gallery.

Your dog's well-being is my top priority. I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for them while you are away. I also only look after one dog at a time, unless the dogs already know each other and the owners explicitly agree or prefer it this way. With me, your dog will receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, ensuring they remain happy and healthy. For your convenience, if you are open to covering the costs for my travel time, I am happy to pick up or drop off your dog at your place.

To keep you updated, I will send you regular information and pictures of your dog so that you know how he or she is doing. This way, you can feel connected to your pet and assured of their well-being even when you are not around.

Please note that I can only accept dogs and other animals that are healthy and free of any acute contagious diseases, such as diarrhea, kennel cough, or parvovirus, to ensure the safety of all animals in my care.
